Let’s explore what the Richmond Common House is all about:
Originally built in 1914 as a furniture store and factory, Common House No. 2 will be the second House located in the heart of the Arts District.
305 W. Broad Street
It has been in residential use the last several decades but Common House No. 2 hopes to restore the building to its original beauty and presence.
Recently undergoing demolition, this unique social club is scheduled to open in Richmond early 2020 with six floors inspiring comfort and collaboration.
These floors include a rooftop terrace, dedicated co-working floors, public and private restaurants, regular social events, screening and social rooms.
The goal for Common House is to create a gathering space that fosters connection and creativity through a network where shared human experiences are celebrated.
