Science Museum of Virginia celebrating Apollo 11 anniversary

The Science Museum of Virginia celebrates its 50th anniversary of moon landing and special events.

Starting on Monday July 15 through July 20, the museum will have games, demos and space-related artifacts set for people to interact with.

Guests who attend will also explore the cosmos in the Dome theater. The Dome will feature two live astronomy shows.

The special events hosted by the museum are Science After Dark: Moon Landing on Friday, July 19 from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. and Moon Landing Anniversary on Saturday, July 20.
