Things to do in | The Fan/Uptown

The Fan, but also known as Uptown to some is filled with a ton of classic restaurants and bars. You can find at least 4 different bars/restaurants on each block along Main Street but the bar and restaurant scene in this neighborhood go beyond just Main Street. You can find just as many places trickled in between side streets.

Get brunch at Sidewalk Café

You haven’t fully experienced brunch if you haven’t been to Sidewalk Café. This family owned and operated restaurant has the feel of being at home with a house full of family. I say this because the place isn’t huge but whether you’re at the bar or a table you become friends with your neighbors! The $10 mimosa pitchers seal the deal.
